I need money today

Need to make some money today? It is not as hard as you think. Here is a sure fired way to make some cash today. All that you need is a computer or smartphone and a little time. And, the best part is that you can do it anywhere. The method I have in mind is survey taking. Yes, you can make some nice extra cash survey taking IF you know how to go bout it. Here is what you need to do to succeed.

  1. Survey Taking
Yes, you really can make money survey taking, in fact we have made an entire website about doing just that. It is an easy source of income, anybody can do it and you can do it anywhere and at any time. The trick is finding quality websites to pull work from. This is where most people go wrong, choosing the wrong websites. Here are a few right websites:

    • Vindale Research Review products, take surveys and even keep some of the products that you review. Earn up to $100 per survey. Over 5 million has been paid out.
    • SwagBucks There are a lot of different ways to earn points with Swagbucks. You can take surveys, watch videos, surf the internet, etc. They have a way to monetize just about everything you do online.  You get paid in points that you exchange for gift cards but the cards are for places you go to every week like Target, Amazon and you can even get Visa cards that you can use anywhere.

When survey taking, be sure to cash out your money often and cherry pick the best paying surveys first. This is why it is important to have many survey websites to get work from.
  2.  Selling Old Jewelry
Gold and silver is a big business. You have probably seen the billboards and heard the radio advertisements. Be sure to shop your jewelry around a bit because not everyone pays the same rate.
  3. Search Your Home
You might be surprised at just how much money is hiding in your home. Check the drawers and couch cushions. Check your laundry for money left in your pockets. Also, do not forget your car or truck. It would not be hard to find an extra $20 or $40 just laying around. It might not be all the money that you need but it will get you started.
  4. Sell Clothing
There are a lot of resell shops around such as Plato’s Closet. They buy your designer goods and can be an easy source of additional funds. Don’t go selling your whole wardrobe but selling a pair of jeans that are too tight or loose may not be bad.
  5. Take Stuff Back
If you have bought anything in the last few weeks to a month, you might be able to take it back, even without a receipt. Many stores have liberal return policies and some will not require a receipt. They might not need one at all or can use your credit card to look up the purchase.
  6. Credit Card Advances
Speaking of credit cards, you might be able to take a cash advance from your credit card. Bring it in to the bank and get the cash you need. Do note that the interest rate is almost always higher on cash advances.
  7.  Collect Money Owed You
Do any of your friends owe you money? If so, you might want to call in those debts. Avoid strong-arm tactics but explain that you are in a bind and could use the money back now.
  8. Sell Books & CD’s
Places like Half Price Books will buy your old books, cds, dvds, records and magazines. You probably have boxes of this stuff lying around taking up space. Sell it and make some quick cash.
  9. Get A 401K Loan
If you have money in your 401K account, why not take out a loan. It will cost you way less than other lending options and it is your money.
  10. Take A Payday Loan Out
This should be used as a last resort because fees for these loans are quite high. Interest rates can be in the 300 plus percent range. The only good thing about these loans is that they fund quick and are easy to qualify for. All you need is a job and a checking account.
  11. Recycle Cans & Metal
Start collecting those aluminum cans and sell any scrap metal like copper that you might have in your garage. You won’t make a ton of money but you will be recycling and getting a bunch of junk out of your home.
  12. Do Odd Jobs
Ask friends and family if they need any work done. Simple things like lawn care, fence staining, painting and all the other things people hate to do can make you money. Post your skills on Craigslist and see who bites.
  13. Sell Gift Cards
A lot of places like pawnshops and payday loan stores will buy your unused giftcards. Got a card to Chili’s that you will never use? Bring it in and get some cash for it.
  14. Get A Payday Advance
Many employers will be happy to advance you money on your paycheck. It is no risk to them since you have earned the money already.
