Swagbucks Review

I recently had the opportunity to try out the paid survey website Swagbucks. Swagbucks claims to be the premier loyalty program on the internet and says that they have paid out over 45 million dollars in rewards. I signed up for the website and thus far have spent about an hour exploring the website. From my brief experience I know that there is much more of the website to explore, but here is my preliminary report.

The Sign Up Process
Signing up for the website is easy and it took no more than 5 minutes to sign up for the website and complete their demographic survey. This is how they know which surveys to match you with. They even walk you through the website with a guided tour. I give the sign up process an A+.

Earning Swagbucks
There are various ways to earn Swagbucks. Just for signing up, they give you 28 off the bat. Do a search n their search engine and get another 2o. Participate in their daily poll, get another point. Buy products through their website, get a lot of points. In about 30 minutes of just messing around I had 50 points. You can redeem points for gift cards with as little as 250 points.

Update: As a new bonus, they are currently offering you $5 just for signing up through the link on this page.

Final Opinion
There are a lot of different ways to earn points with Swagbucks. So many, in fact, that there will probably be a bit of a learning curve with this website. Give it a little time though and I am sure it could be a winner. You just need to develop a routine for how you use this website. The only negative I have is that many of the surveys have you take a qualifying survey at the beginning. This makes sure that you are the right person to take the survey. If you are not a match, you have wasted some time and only earn one point. To prevent these mismatches, be sure to fill out your demographics completely and update it often.
